Become a Neuro Fit Therapist

Neuro Fit was conceived by Nikki Penny, a specialist neurological physiotherapist with the belief that you can be fit and strong with a neurological condition.

Nikki went on to create the Neuro Fit programme, delivered across three platforms - on demand classes, online virtual classes and in-person classes - before creating a course for therapists to learn about Neuro Fit.

There are now two nationally recognised programmes: Become a Neuro Fit Therapist and the Upper Limb Hybrid course, delivered in-person with supporting digital course content.
